A. If the manager does, we don’t have to communicate for that and can be free from the responsibility for the decision.

4. What characteristics does a XP workspace have?
A. The XP team members need to be able to see each other to hear other’s sudden question and answer freely. For this, wall between members should be low enough to talk each other.
B. When a member programs, it should be open to other members. All the machine for development is put in open space.
C. There might be private space where members may make phone calls and do something private things.
D. To refresh members and other objectives that we talk each other in informal way gathering without specific formal intention, we need to reserve small space that has couches, some toys and so on
